SPC FLOORING (Rigid Core LVP) is an upgrade and improvement of rigid core luxury vinyl flooring (LVT flooring),the leading products for future.SPC rigid core flooring combines the strength of stone and the beauty of wood,One for all solution for your home decoration.SPC flooring is constructed by UV coating, Wear layer, SPC print layer,SPC core, Balanced layer . For the backing, EVA, IXPE foam or Cork wood as option all available.Its advantages including good dimension stability.

SPC floor is extruded by extruder and T-die , with four-roll or five-roller calender, respectively, PVC wear layer, PVC color film and PVC substrate, one-time heating paste, embossed products , The process is simple, close by heat to complete, do not need glue.
